Our Placement Process

Your EDGE recruiter is your liaison to the EDGE consulting world. Whether you are currently consulting with EDGE, nearing the end of your assignment, or an outside candidate seeking work, they will contact you about great opportunities within our sales pipeline. Our placement process works as follows: Initial contact from recruiter about opportunity, consultant candidate is presented to the client for review and client will select candidates they wish to interview, recruiter will schedule interview time with candidate, if placement is made - paperwork will be finalized and consultant will receive offer letter via email. Your recruiter will be your point of contact throughout the assignment.
